Withdrawal (recall) rejection (callback form)

Consumers resident in the EU have the right to withdraw according to the following conditions, whereby the consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (eg a letter sent by post or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the enclosed model withdrawal form, which is not required.

In order to safeguard the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the resignation
If you withdraw from this Agreement, we shall reimburse you for any payments we have received from you, including delivery charges, promptly and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this Agreement. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment as you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; In no case will you be charged for this repayment fees. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the rescission of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days.

You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.

You must pay for a possible loss in value of the goods up to 100% only if this loss of value is due to an unnecessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods dealing with them, for example, the goods were worn or damaged.

Exclusion or premature termination of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of conclusion of the contract, do not belong to any Member State of the European Union and whose sole domicile and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract, unless the law of the country in which the consumer is habitually resident, provides for a right of withdrawal, in which case this right of withdrawal shall apply to the State in which the consumer has his habitual residence.

The consumer also has no right of withdrawal for contracts concerning:

Goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs,
Sound or video recordings or computer software delivered in a sealed package, provided that the seal has been removed after delivery
